Effect+: Apply 9 Poison. Good single target card, a bit worse than Crippling Cloud/Corpse Explosion but powerful in certain decks. Leg Sweep performs well all game, while Crippling Cloud really shines in the hallway fights of Act 2 and 3. Apply 3 Poison to a random enemy 3 (Upgraded: 4) times. Gambling Chip often speeds you up an entire turn, letting you see a full five more cards to find that Echo Form or Demon Form, getting your Disarms, Defragments and Footworks played, casting that turn 1 Crippling Cloud+Piercing Wail against tri-slavers, finding damage cards instead of block cards when you're not being attacked and vice versa. Conclude might be a bit closer but Conclude's condition makes it overall inferior to Doom and Gloom. Essentially every poison card now applies poison AND does an additional 5 or 7 damage. 9 damage/1 energy in one turn isn't bad.
